One volume solely dedicated to the 75" portrait touchscreen at Booth 1907 — the trade term for the object is literally a touch totem. The 16-piece portrait pack built in July becomes the seed: absorbed whole, renumbered under the volume contract, gated like everything else in the library. This page is the hardware truth, the slate, the laws, and the decisions — so the build starts from signatures, not assumptions. Alternate names if TOTEM doesn't land: MONOLITH (the dark slab), LIGHTHOUSE (unstaffed by design).

Deliberately not the house 104-card shape: one screen with ~32 operating hours across four days cannot air 104 of anything. All 16 pack pieces are absorbed with exactly one home each — 9 as-is · 7 upgraded · 16 new builds — and the ambient + practical rotation completes a full cycle roughly hourly, so every piece airs dozens of times instead of padding a count.

The standing library gates (register, copy/claims, no competitor content — a hard no on a public always-on screen) plus three born here: the frame-safety photo gate, the dead-end audit on every touch piece, and loop-seam render QA (headless capture of one full loop, frame N must equal frame 0). Two rulings block specific pieces, not the volume: the fernie face audit — pieces 10/13 drew fernie before the Vol. 9 character bible existed; the whole fernie collection is born SIGN-OFF until their faces diff clean against the eight canonical symbols — and one consolidated MOBILE/PORTAL ™ request to Adam, covering the four artifacts idling on that ruling, instead of four cards waiting separately.
Build order: rotation shell first (everything mounts inside it) → the cross-cutting font-embed sweep over all 16 existing pieces → the 7 upgrades → the 16 new builds, gates as they land → renders (2160×3840 stills + loop-seam video QA) → gallery + hub card + build report → a full-bundle dry run on the real panel before the truck — boot-to-content, portrait touch remap, power-cycle recovery, brightness under hot lights. Setup morning must not be first contact with the hardware. Procurement lines: mini-PC + HDMI/USB kit + spare cables; portrait-capable floor stand rated 50+ kg at the locked model's VESA pattern; show-services power (~400 W).
